How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using PayPal, Cashapp or Venmo. Cashapp is johnxholmes and venmo is journeyxrose. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a form of payment. Unfortunately, the other payment processors have shut my accounts due to adult content.
What are the Ready to Ship Items vs Others?
These are items that I make myself and ship myself. These come with little extras as well! They ship within 1-2 business days.
Most (unless noted in the description) clothing, mugs, and pillows are made through a dropshipping company called Printful as this is the easiest way I can afford and make my art available on other items. They do not come with extras. But not to worry! I have samples of all my items and they are great quality. Also, the company ships fast! What happens when I order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 5-10 minutes of placing your order. Please check spam folder if you do not. This email will contain your order number.
I ship within 1-2 days, where you will receive a tracking number
Please allow 3 business days for your order tracking to be updated through USPS. If you have any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Help! I didn’t receive my order! What do I do?
Oh no! Please contact us ASAP with your order # at email@example.com. I can then refer you to contact info for usps as I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Also, if you use the wrong address and it is sent back you are responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fee (see below) to resend the package.
My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?
If any items in your order arrive damaged, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
For all orders there is 14 days from the time it was DELIVERED to be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please include clear photo(s) so we can see what happened and we will figure out the most convenient way to make it right.
**There are no refunds or exchanges on handmade items such as the resin art, trays, and earrings**
What is 13 Inch Heel's return policy?
We do not accept returns at this time.

Restocking fee charges:
As of July 2021, Any shipments that have been returned to me are now subject to a 10% restocking fee. Meaning if any addresses are incorrect and have been returned to sender, you will be refunded 90% of the purchase price.
